Our Protect & Relax blend features coffees directly sourced from trusted growing partners in Cauca, Colombia; Lintong, Sumatra; and Minas Gerais, Brazil. Each component is meticulously processed and chosen to create a flavour profile that is sweet, well-balanced, and offers an exceptional mouthfeel.  Chocolate and toffee are the predominant notes, which are especially enhanced when paired with milk.

Will my coffee taste like mushrooms?

No, it will not taste like mushrooms :) At HHC, our medium/dark roast coffee blend was crafted for its smooth, rich flavour and aroma.  It blends together seamlessly with our 10:1 mushroom concentrate powder, so that you only taste the coffee, not the mushrooms.   

 What makes our mushroom coffee unique?

At HHC, we only use the fruiting bodies of mushrooms, with no mycelium, spores, or other fillers to ensure the highest level of quality.  

How does mushroom coffee differ from regular coffee?

Mushrooms are adaptogens, which means they help balance and alkalize your coffee. This reduces the usual caffeine side effects, such as stomach discomfort, jitters, and energy crashes.
